April is Stress Awareness Month, a time to pay attention with intention to how we are managing and coping with the challenges, changes and expectations of our daily lives.

Wellness@NIH has many resources to support you, including the new Staff Resources for Stress Relief Toolkit: https://go.nih.gov/WLCRDcX. This central repository of prerecorded webinars and resources offers staff an opportunity to address stress, utilize one or more resources as an icebreaker during team meetings and encourage brain breaks in the work day.
